constant calls do not answer, no message left

They keep calling me.

Heavy Indian accented caller, stating I took out a payday loan and never paid it back. I told him I have proof that I've never received a payday loan ever. He gave no way to dispute, told me I had 2 options, pay an amount in which he never disclosed, or he'll mail me a summons. Claimed to be with a company called Langer and Langer Associates, told me to appear in court to prove I didn't take it, gave me a court date of, but would not give me a specific court, he told me not to worry about that part of it. Would not give me a physical mailing address to their company, I advised not to call my POE, they have repeatedly called, claiming to be Officer "so and so", various names. this number needs to be shut down, they are trying to scam people out of money.

get calls multiple times a day from this number, however they dont leave a message..

numerous calls from this number each week on my land-line business phone w/ no message. I call the number and get a voice mail with mailbox full. Sometimes 2-3 calls/day. Never a message left.

I have been receiving calls in the evening and one this morning at about 9:00 on a Saturday. No answer just static and then it hangs up. Once I was talking to someone and they said that I had made an inquiry. I told them to forget it and they hung up but I'm still receiving calls. Tried to call the number back and it rings but I don't ever get and answer.

Called and left msg on my phone said if I didn't call ASAP they would turn my case over to the IRS did not call back but they continue to call 2-3 time aday

It's an automated system that tells you are getting a FINAL NOTICE call about lowering your Interest rates on your Credit Cards and you can connect to someone, but, when you say ANYTHING about you wanting your name removed, you get a hang up. My fiance chose the option of connecting to an agent and was hung up on. Literally a slam down hang up. I called the number back and the "mailbox" was full, but today I got the call again and called back and got a nasty girl that answered "Would you like to lower your interest rates today?" I said "I don't have any credit cards" and I got a slam down hang up as well. And of course the "voicemail" is picking up again when I tried to call back.

i got that same kind of email after asking more info on a job that he had posted but he wanted me to get my report before talking to me

KEEP CALLING MY WORK AND CELL. THEY SAY I OWE A LOAN, AND THAT I WILL HAVE TO GO TO COURT. I USUALLY JUST HANG UP, BUT THEY HAVE MY SSN AND OTHER INFO. VERY SCARY.
